1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The item is in resellable condition
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided

2. Returns for Dissatisfaction (First-Time Orders Only)

We offer returns for dissatisfaction only on first-time purchases.

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days
  • Product must meet all return eligibility criteria
  • Returns will be reviewed after inspection

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Clearance or final sale items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@hexacares.com with your order details
  2. Our team will review and approve your request
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days
  4. After receiving the product, we will inspect it

5. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit for future purchases
  • Refund will be processed after product inspection
  • You will receive confirmation via email

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • For USA customers, shipping is included in product pricing, but return shipping still applies

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof
  • After verification, we will offer:
    • Replacement, or
    • Full refund (no return shipping charges)

8. Warranty Claims

We honor valid warranty claims within 30 days of delivery.

After approval, you may choose:

  • Refund to original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Replacement product (subject to availability)

9. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed (refer to return policy)
