1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:

- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The item is in resellable condition
- Valid proof of purchase is provided
2. Returns for Dissatisfaction (First-Time Orders Only)
We offer returns for dissatisfaction only on first-time purchases.
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days
- Product must meet all return eligibility criteria
- Returns will be reviewed after inspection
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened products
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or final sale items
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our team will review and approve your request
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days
- After receiving the product, we will inspect it
5. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued as store credit for future purchases
- Refund will be processed after product inspection
- You will receive confirmation via email
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- For USA customers, shipping is included in product pricing, but return shipping still applies
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos as proof
- After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement, or
- Full refund (no return shipping charges)
8. Warranty Claims
We honor valid warranty claims within 30 days of delivery.
After approval, you may choose:
- Refund to original payment method
- Store credit
- Replacement product (subject to availability)
9. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed (refer to return policy)
